Days 1–3
Understand before we build.
We work with your underwriting and operations teams to understand your current submission workflow, technology stack, integrations, LOB requirements, appetite rules and baseline metrics.
Days 4–10
Make InEvo fit your environment.
We configure the selected LOB, connect the required submission channels and systems, map forms and documents, and implement your appetite rules.
Days 8–14
Get your pilot team ready.
Select the users who will participate in the pilot. Validate the workflow, review outputs, test questions and appetite rules, and train users before live submissions begin.
Days 15–45
Now we use the real work.
Real submissions from the selected LOB run through InEvo. Users review outputs, correct exceptions and provide feedback while we capture performance data.
Days 46–55
Compare before vs. after.
We evaluate the agreed KPIs using the data collected during the pilot.
Days 56–60
Turn the pilot into a decision.
Review the results with your team, identify what changed, capture workflow and integration learnings, and define the path toward broader production implementation.

An MGA AI pilot is a controlled implementation of AI within a real underwriting workflow. With InEvo, the pilot focuses on one line of business (LOB), where the platform is configured around your submission process, documents, appetite rules, and underwriting requirements. Real submissions are then processed through the configured workflow so your team can evaluate the operational impact before moving to broader implementation.
InEvo is designed to work with an MGA’s existing submission environment rather than requiring a complete replacement of its current systems. Depending on the workflow, integration can include broker email, web portals, document repositories, APIs, carrier portals, ACORD forms, and existing underwriting systems. The pilot begins by understanding the existing technology stack and identifying the integrations required for the selected LOB.
The 60-day pilot follows a structured implementation journey: kickoff and workflow discovery, LOB configuration and integration, pilot-user validation, live submission processing, performance measurement, and final results review. The objective is to move from configuration to real-world use within a defined pilot scope and establish evidence for the next stage of implementation.
The pilot can be scoped to a specific commercial insurance line of business. InEvo’s MGA workflow is designed around configurable LOB-specific question flows, schemas, ACORD mappings, extraction requirements, and appetite rules. The pilot therefore starts with one selected LOB rather than attempting to implement every line of business simultaneously.
The pilot is designed to establish measurable results using the MGA’s agreed baseline and operational KPIs. Depending on the workflow, this can include submission processing time, manual effort, completeness of submissions, information identified before underwriting, appetite qualification, and other workflow-specific measures. The goal is to give the MGA real data from its own submissions that can inform the decision about broader implementation.
